Turn a rulebook into a reviewable checking workflow.
Innov8now designs AI-assisted document checks that connect findings to controlled rules and supporting passages. The goal is to help reviewers locate conflicts, incomplete evidence and questions that need interpretation.

The rule source, document scope and reviewer responsibilities belong in the design.
A controlled source set
Identify the applicable rulebooks, standards, editions, amendments and internal policies. Assign a source owner and preserve effective dates. Access to a document does not establish that it is the current or applicable authority.
Cited findings
Show the relevant source passage, the document passage being checked and the reason for the finding. Preserve context and source version. A citation lets a reviewer inspect the interpretation; it is not proof that the interpretation is correct.
Visible uncertainty
Distinguish a likely conflict from incomplete evidence, an ambiguous rule or an unsupported conclusion. Define how the workflow asks for missing information and when it stops for reviewer interpretation rather than inventing a definitive answer.
Define, test, build and integrate
Select rules and documents
Agree the controlled source set, applicable versions, permissions and first document workflow.
Test findings with reviewers
Use known examples and representative exceptions to assess retrieval, interpretation and missing evidence.
Build the review path
Integrate findings, source links, reviewer corrections and source maintenance with the operating workflow.
Make review and maintenance practical
Deliverables can be scoped to one rulebook and one document type before a broader rollout.
A rule and applicability inventory
Capture source owners, versions, effective dates and the conditions that determine whether a rule applies. Separate external rules from organization policy. Record unresolved applicability questions for the authorized reviewer.
A finding format
Agree the finding type, document location, cited rule, supporting passage and suggested next step. Show the available evidence and the limits of the check. Reviewers should be able to confirm, correct or dismiss a finding without losing the original context.
An evaluation set
Test valid documents, known conflicts, missing sections, superseded rules and ambiguous language. Score retrieval and interpretation separately. Include reviewer disagreements so the team can refine both the workflow and its acceptance criteria.
A source-update process
Define how new editions, amendments and permissions enter the system. Recheck affected findings when the source changes and preserve historical source versions where required. Assign an owner for retiring stale material.
An exception and review queue
Route uncertain findings to the person authorized to interpret them. Retain the reviewer decision, any supporting explanation and the version of the material reviewed. Corrections can inform future evaluation without silently changing the rule source.
A deployment and integration design
Agree where documents, indexes, models and review records may reside. Connect the workflow to existing document and case systems with explicit access controls and failure handling. Private or disconnected deployment changes update and support procedures.
Connect rule checks to the wider workflow
Use the capability that fits the next engineering question.
Auditable AI decision support
Organize alternatives and assumptions alongside the rule evidence.
